Can I order over the phone?

Yes you can, please call 972-295-9999.

How do I order from you?

Click “Shop Hair”, choose a product, select a length for your hair choice and checkout. Once you are done checking out, we will ship your order directly to you.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

What is your refund policy?

Do you do exchanges?

We do issue exchanges within company guidelines. For more information, read our refund policy.

How many days until I receive my order?

Standard shipping: 1-3 business days, outside US please allow 5-7 business days

 

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, the tracking number will be emailed to you the day the item is being shipped.

When is my order shipped?

Your order will be processed and shipped Same Day of purchase with exception of Saturday and Sunday orders, they will be shipped on the following Monday.

Who do you use for shipping?

All orders are shipped through Fedex.
