1. Return policy
Note: All products must be in its original state ie: No perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or opening of the weft. With hair in its original state as purchased, you are allowed to exchange within 5 calendar days of purchase. No refunds allowed, exchange only. As you are allowed to exchange the hair, you assume responsibility for all shipping fees, unless otherwise stated as per RIEhair-boutique pertaining to shipping exchange. RIEhair-boutique will not be responsible for any damaged/lost shipment.
